Student Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

Join our team as a Student Recruitment Consultant and help international students find their perfect course at top UK universities. You will be responsible for guiding students through the application process, from initial enquiry to enrolment. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential on top of your base salary.

What You'll Do

• Guide students from initial enquiry through to enrolment
• Qualify student profiles and recommend suitable programmes
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into enrolments
• Attend online and in-person recruitment events
• Build relationships with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and social media

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of UK higher education system
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Right to work in the UK
