Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead recruitment efforts and mentor junior consultants. You will manage key institutional relationships, oversee the application pipeline, and drive enrolment targets across multiple institutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead recruitment campaigns across multiple institutions
• Mentor and train junior recruitment consultants
• Manage key institutional relationships and partnerships
• Oversee the application pipeline and drive enrolment targets
• Report on recruitment KPIs to senior management
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience in student recruitment or education sector
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Strong knowledge of UK visa and immigration processes
• Excellent relationship management skills
