Study in the UK from the United States
The UK is the second-most-popular international study destination for American students, with strong demand for Oxbridge, London Russell Group institutions and specialist arts colleges. AEN supports US students applying for both 1-year Master's programmes and full undergraduate degrees.
Fee Status
American students pay international fees. US federal student loans (FAFSA / Direct PLUS) are available at most UK universities that hold a US Department of Education school code.
Visa Requirements
US students require a UK Student Route visa. TB testing is not required for US passport holders. ATAS clearance may be needed for certain STEM postgraduate programmes.
